Domestic Shipping
We ship all orders Monday to Thursday except on public holidays and weekends.
Orders placed on weekends will be shipped out on the first business day of the coming week.
Most orders are processed within 1 - 5 business days except for pre-orders. Our shipments are made by HONG KONG POST .
If an order contains a “pre-order item”, the entire order will be put on hold until the pre-order item becomes available.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Return Policy & Exchange
Please choose your items carefully. You will find detailed descriptions, measurements etc in each product on our site, however, if you are still unsure about something please contact us directly for further clarification.
We want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase, and we will assist you wherever we can with more information, images etc.
We accept returns for refund or exchange only for wrong items delivered or defective items (which are accepted by the product manufacturer). Depending on circumstances, the decision to replace or refund you for the product will be at our discretion.
If you had received a wrong or defective item, please drop us an email at sales@piccolotoys.store with details of the issue within 24 hours of placing your order. We will ship out a replacement if available.
In the event where a replacement is not available, we shall refund the purchase price of your item or post the item once back in stock, which I will communicate by email.
Faulty items do not include items that have slight variances to the item pictured on our website. All of our products are handmade and by purchasing a handmade item you understand that the size, colour, and finish will vary slightly from product to product.
Piccolo Toys will not be liable for any items damaged by accident, or shipping transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed on the website it cannot be cancelled.
International Shipping
Our shipping prices are according to the size and weight of your order and the address of delivery.
Our order will be shipped by HONG KONG POST. To calculate the costs of shipping please add the items that you wish to purchase to your basket.
An instant quote can then be provided in the shopping cart, simply enter your delivery address details into the estimate shipping section. Most international orders are processed within 2-3 business days, except for pre-orders.
